If the EN turned from ON to OFF within a few micro second, does this device turn off?

We are unsure about your question. Are you asking about the slew rate of the EN? Are you asking if EN is high then EN is pulled low for a few usec, then pulled back high agani, does the device turn off briefly?

The TPS53318/9 family has a falling edge EN delay of 28 ns and a rising edge EN delay of 6 ns. In essence there is no deglitch. So if EN is low for longer than about 28 nsec, it will turn off the TPS53318.
