TPS4H000-Q1: what is the different between Icsh and Abs Max CS current

Hi Team

I am confused about what is Abs Max CS pin sourcing current.

there is Abs Max 30mA on D/S.

further, there is also Min 15mA on D/S.

why we has two sourcing current spec

and which one I should take to damage CS pin for Abs Max ?

please tell me the detail.
