LM2611: Rfb value calculations

Hi,

2 things:

1. Is there any tool (like webench) in which I can easily check/simulate the LM2611A with values that I have put into the circuit?

2. I do not see any easy formula for the calculation of the feedback resistors on the datasheet. Is there any?

Below is the schematic- 12V input and -6V output circuit.

Please suggest me any changes needed in the above circuit.

Hi Nanjunda,

1. Now we don't have any simulation tool for LM2611.
2. Please refer to 8.2.1.2 part of the datasheet to calculate the feedback resistors.

Hi Nanjunda,

There is no quick calculate excel tool for this device.
Can you tell me the load current, input voltage range information. And what's the application of this cuk converter?

Hi Zack,

As in the schematics, the input voltage is 12VDC and output voltage needed is -6V. The current requirement is 100mA max.
This is being used for LCD (DT070BTFT-PTS1) VGL supply.

Hi Nanjunda,

You schematic looks good. You can use the power stage designer tool for basic simulation: www.ti.com/.../POWERSTAGE-DESIGNER
Please refer to 8.2.4 part of the datasheet and this is a 12V to -5V application.
