Hi,

I assume each LED needs to be independently controlled (on/off). Is this correct? If not, and multiple LEDs could be connected to a single LED string, how many LEDs could be connected in series?

Hi Angelos:

The LEDs are driven by scanning.

LED VF 3.2V, 20mA.

Hi,

The closest device in my product line that would work in your application is LED171596A. It's using a time-multiplexing topology, which allows a max effective 15mA current per LED. You may need to tie 3 current sinks together to drive a single LED if you need 45mA of continuous curent or I can refer this to a different product line that may have a better solution. Please review the datasheet and let me know if this does not work.

LED171596A is preview status. how about is its schedule ? sample and productive ? And who can we aplly the sample from ?

The LED171596A was RTM in March 2018 and is available now.

I am checking into this to get web updated to active.
