Hi team:

I use tps65310 to translate 12V to 3.8V(buck1),3.3v(buck2), with WD connected to GND . why the 3.3V and 3.8V acted like this. Can i disable the WD

Hi,

I saw that you have clicked resolved button on this thread and i guess you have understood the root cause for your problem.

Correct WD pulses need to be applied on WD pin for device proper function. If WD pulses are not present, device will enter low power mode (regulators are turned off) once WD error counter reaches 7.
