You mentioned 2 parts in your post but only bq20z40 in the title. Can you specify the complete part number(s) for which you want to read the data flash?

There are bq20z40 v1.04 and bq20z45 v1.04
Can your provide a location to download the setup program for bq20z40 v1.04 and bq20z45 v1.04 for me ?

Hi Maksim,
bq20z40 & bq20z45 are 2 NRND devices reserved to specific customers which is why its EVSW is not readily available on ti.com.
I do not see that your company purchased any of these parts in the past years.
So I cannot give you access to these restricted SWs.
Please look at bq40z50-R2 if you want to get access to our latest catalog gauge.
