WEBENCH® Tools/LMR23625: The minimum off time of LMR23625

Hi

I simulated LMR23625 using Webench.
The condition is Vin=6.3~26.4, Vout=5V and Iout=2A, and I couldn't simulate because the minimum off time violated.
But as log as I read fiure 7 in datasheet, I think I can use this device under that condition.
Could you tell me this problem's cause?

    Hi Yokota-san,

    For the given input output condition VinMin = 6.3V, VinMax = 26.4V, Vout = 5 and Iout=5A , the minimum off-time of the device comes out to be around 30ns which is less than the minimum off-time (100ns) specified in the datasheet.
    However you can create the design with the Vinmin = 7.1V and other input/output conditions remaining the same.
