In datasheet 4.12, source input impedance is 20Kohm max. It looks the input impedance is not very high, does it mean we need an op buffer before the ADC input? If not, should I count this 20Kohm input impedance into calculation when in a NTC resistor measurment application(calculate the NTC resisitor value parallel with 20Kohm)?
