bq20z90 is a NRND device reserved to specific customers which is why its EVSW is not readily available on ti.com.
I do not see that your company purchased any bq20z90 in the past years.
So I cannot give you access to this restricted SW.
Please look at bq40z50-R2 if you want to get access to our latest catalog gauge.
