LM25145: SW waveform issue

Could you please help to check the attached for the SCH and layout for below spec design. Any advise please let me know.

Vin: 10.5V to 30V

Vout : 5V/12A

RRT:39KOhm

L:3.5uH

This is for BYD automotive power application and the EAU is over 200ku/y. Please kindly help to check the schematic and layout, customer will make the PCB if there are no problem for this design. very appreciate!

I have send this to WT local team.

Use 2.2uF for VCC.

Change R14 and R15 to 0 Ohms.

What is the purpose of CN2 and the MP9943 3A buck converter?

Also, please determine the ESR of the two 330uF electrolytic capacitors and fill out the LM25145 quickstart calculator (available by download from the PF) to check compensation component values. The general preference is one electrolytic and several ceramic (100uF/6.3V) output caps.
