You are requested to kindly notify us shelf life of product, since as per date code 1218 , supplied part is more than 6 year old from date of manufacturing, consequently we could use this part in our system or not where we are expecting the MTBF of our system to be more than 10 year.

Please response with appropriate documents

Hello A Kumar,
Semiconductor parts have pretty much an unlimited life if stored in the original hermetic packaging and at the correct temperature.
Your MTBF of 10 years will be based totally on the design of your finished product and the operating environmental conditions experienced.
However if you feel that the LM5025 you purchased are of questionable history then you should return the parts to the distributor you bought them from.

The data sheet for the LM5025 specifies the storage temperature should be between -55C and +150C.
