Single Cell Lead Acid Battery Charger IC

Dear sir,

We are in the process of developing a Single Cell Lead Acid Battery Charger for one of our project requirement. 

The brief requirement of charger is given below.

Charger Input voltage :  3.3V DC

Charger Output Voltage :  3V DC

Charge current Max :   3 Amps

Cell specification :

    Nominal Voltage : 2.1 V

    Float Voltage : 2.30 V

Can you please suggest a suitable Charger IC for the above requirement please?.

    The 3A charger current requires a switching charger. But, the 3.3V input voltage is too low for our charger and FET's gate drive signal. Would you increase the input voltage to 5V.

    We can increase the input voltage to 5V. Can you please suggest us a suitable charger IC to meet our charger requirement?

    Also can you please provide us an application note on how to use the charger IC?

    Also, there is an application note talking about using STAT pin to change the Lead acid battery charge voltage setting.
