BQ28Z610: About IC PIN5, PIN 6 function

hi,

    I used this IC have some question.

   Is the 5pin 6pin of the IC a fuel gauge?
  Can tell the MCU real-time power, regardless of the charge mode or Discharge mode,and low power protection.

For these function; if I don't need these function, is floating this pin?
