EM1402EVM: causing issues battery connections in TIDM-TMS570BMS reference design

Dear Sir/Madam:

The schematic for j1 downloaded from TIDM-TMS570BMS reference design webpage (www.ti.com/.../TIDM-TMS570BMS)

This is the stamp on the schematic if needed:

However, the board shows j1 as only 2 connections (Please see the text box below):

Issues

  1. The issue is that j1 on the board has 2 not 20 connections* (*in other words, the correct connections cannot be made until the proper j1 is identified)
  2. Another issue is that there is no specific battery mentioned for the 12V**. (**does the design support lead acid battery for 12V?)
