BQ78350-R1: When I begin charging, I lose communication to bqstudio

Hi,

I'm encountering an issue that I haven't seen before. When I start charging the battery, comms with bqstudio constantly turns on and off. This happens when the charge current is high (9A) and doesn't happen when at lower currents (4-5A). Is there a setting I changed to make this start happening? Thank you.

Do you have the gg file for the bq78350? And perhaps a log from beginning to end?

By the gg file, do you mean the srec file that I saved read from the device? I wasn't able to get a log for the occurrence. Would I be able to log the data even though it cuts off and on?

Yeah, whatever intermittent log you have please send that to us along with your gg.csv files logged at a 1 min rate.
