Hi Hong,
All the deliverables for the TIDA-01093 are on ti.com.
We do not have MCU firmware that we can release but you can find sample code on www.ti.com/.../slva626

Customer is ok to sign NDA to get the firmware so they can do evaluation soon.

HI Hong,
There no firmware available. The code running on TIDA-01093 is basically for hardware debugging, to verify the functionality of the hardware. Not for formally release and with does not imply any liability.
You could use the firmware from TIDA-00449 www.ti.com/.../tidcbb1 as baseline to develop your customer firmware.
