When customer download program or debug in PCB, the downloader will bring a 3.3V voltage to the power rail. So Vout will be connect to 3.3V. If Vout will be connected for several hours, it's ok?
Under normal working conditions, Vin is 3.7V-4.2V provided by Li Battery and Vout is 2.6V.
