    Hello Shinichi,

    The maximum switching frequency is 2MHz, but it really depends on your application. The min/max duty cycle can be limited at higher frequencies due to the minimum on/off times. They are specified in the datasheet.

    Min on time (tLEB) is 275ns max

    Min off time (tD(off)) is 120ns max

    Depending on your input voltage 2MHz may not be realistic thermally however. You will need to do the thermal calculations in the datasheet to be sure.
