TPS54202: FIT / MTBF information in case of high junction temperature in continous operation mode

Hi

The application converts an Input voltage of 24V to an Output voltage of 3.3V. The voltage Regulator is getting quite hot.

Are there any Information depending of junction temperature about the FIT / MTBF behaviour of this part?

    You can estimate the junction temperature by using a thermal camera and the

    value of psiJT and the estimated power loss.

    If this value is less than 125C then the application should be OK.

    I do not think we can give any numbers for long term reliability.
