All these devices are pin to pin; TPS56x201 is PSM mode and TPS56x208 for FCM mode.

Thank you for your reply, but TPS56x201 and TPS56x208 have heard that the delivery time is longer. Besides Operation C, do you have any other recommendations?

Hi Meng,

Those devices offer the lowest price. There are also the smaller, simpler TPS62170 for currents 500 mA and below, TLV62130A for up to 3A currents, and TPS62180/4 for the 5A rail.

Hi Meng,

From what I know, things will get better in Q3 especially for 3A devices like TPS563201. And I think TPS564201 and TPS565201 lead time is quite normal for all the time.
