WEBENCH® Tools/TPS7A30: Output Capacitor Minimum ESR

Part Number: TPS7A30

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Interested in using the TPS7A30 in my design as a post switcher regulator for the V- rail on an ADC input amplifier.  In section 9.1.2, you specify that a low ESR capacitor should be used on the input and output.  The next few sentences refer to the type of ceramics used, recommended values are 2.2uF to 10uF, all good.  Even the cover sheet of the datasheet says "Stable with Ceramic Capacitors ≥ 2.2 μF."

However, when you simulate this design in Webench, the lowest ESR capacitor you can use on the output is 30mOhms - an aluminum electrolytic.  If you try to use a lower ESR with a custom part, Webench complains.  I'm sure that the data sheet overrules Webench, but would like clarification.
