TPS92661EVM-001: How to turn any of LED on TPS92661EVM-001? start up sequence? or what relation between uart and clk?

Hi All,

I am try to turn on the LEDs on TPS92661EVM-001. 

Does UART frequency from MCU to TPS92661 needs relate with the CLK to TPS92661?

The UART with CLK need has 16 times or some other times relation?

I try to copy the original waveform when I got TPS92661EVM-001.

My CLK and UART is not the same with original waveform.

I can't turn on any LED by now.

Does anyone know the key that I have to follow, then I can turn on any of the LED on the EVM?
