LM46001: Lead Acid Battery Charger

Part Number: LM46001

1. Can I use the output of the battery 12 ~ 28V?

2. Which part of the circuit should I change?

    (Output voltage and current)

  • I am not sure what your question is?
I think that this design will charge a 12V battery.
The input voltage will have to be greater than the battery
by a few volts or so.
The output voltage clamp would have to be changed to be greater than the
    battery voltage you are charging.
  • * Output is always higher than input(I will design the input accordingly)

    curious about the question below.

    1. an the above circuit be used in lead-acid battery circuit?
    2. Can r5 in the above circuit change the output voltage?
    3. Can r2 and r3 in the above circuit change the output current?
