constant current source chip recommendation

Dear Sir,

Vin: 18V~32.2V

Constant Average Current: up to 2.5A

Charge voltage of Super Capacitor: 28V

Use the chip to charge the super capacitor by constant current (2.5A maximum)

And can cut off the charge path when the  voltage of super capacitor reaches 28V.

It should be charged again automatically when the voltage drops below 28V.

It's better to have super capacitor voltage monitored, and have a dedicated pin to indicate the super capacitor status.

Please help to recommend a part which can satisfy above requirements.

    Unfortunately, we do not have one that matches exactly of your requirement. The only one that is close to the voltage requirement is BQ24640. The operating input range is up to 28V, and the max input voltage is 33V. It charges the supercap up to 26V.
