1. The above waveform was measured at TPS53353 pin 6 (phase node) under 20A output loading, input voltage is 12V. The maximum voltage was 26.1V, over the absolute maximum rating (25V) of TPS53353. How to make sure this spike vp;tage wouldn't damage TPS53353?
2. The same concern on negative voltage, the maximum measured minimum voltage on pin 6 was -3.7V, lower than TPS53353 absolute minimum voltage (-2V). Is it an issue?
