LM5121: LM5121 UVLO question

Hi, 

Customer has questions as below, please check, thanks.

  1. And if UVLO pin up to over 1.2V and then down to under 1.2V(UVLO threshold - UVLO standby enable hysteresis) then go up to over 1.2V, LM5121 will be enable? Will it still have a Startup delay time?
  2. And if UVLO pin up to over 1.2V and then down to under 0.4V then go up to over 1.2V, LM5121 will be enable?
  3. Can LM5121 support pre-bias startup?
