Thanks Sir,

In Data sheet (TLC5928),Clock frequency is 35Mhz(Max).

Then what is the min clock frequency. Our microcontroller clock is 16Mhz.is it ok for this IC. Please clarify.

Not a problem.

There is no min clock frequency requirement. Clock frequency under 35MHz is OK.

Thanks Sir,
But Led is not enabled based on your sample code.
We are using 24fj64gb004 Pic micro with internal 32Mhz oscillator..
Please clarify.
