Hi,

my customer has evaluated this board and would like to use this device.

They require us to offer original schematic and PCB so that they don't need to do it again.

It can't be found on our website.

Can anyone provide that

    hi Howard,
    bq77PL900 is a very old device and we recommended newer ones on the bq77PL900 product page. Why wouldn't your customer consider using bq769x0 for what I assume to be a new project?

    The device was recommended by previous FAE, I don't know why.
    But the customer has already finished evaluation on this device. It's not easy for them to change.
    So do you mean that we can't offer original schematic and PCB?

    Hi Howard,
    The bq77PL900 has features which differ from newer parts and some customers prefer that functionality.
    The EVM schematic and PCB layers are available in the EVM user guide. The digital files for EVMs have not typically been posted. EVMs are provided for evaluation and are not considered finished products, the customer should be aware of the EVM disclaimers. The newer TI Designs are a more specific purpose and have design files posted, I'm not aware of a TI Design for the bq77PL900.
    Of course the EVM is an example of an operating circuit which may be a useful starting point for a design.
    The bq77PL900 EVM design files are from a CAD tool which is obsolete here. As a TI Employee you should have access to EVM files to assist your customer. I will contact you through a friend request or separately.
