TPS2H160-Q1: can increase R value in GND Network ?

Hi Team

all our high side drivers such as TPS2H160-Q1 recommends 1Kohm in parallel with Diode.

however, we would like to limit reverse leakage current below 1mA at worst case.

so, my question is is there any issue if customer increase R value as much as he wants ?

we needs 20Kohm ~ 50Kohm in parallel with diode for Max 1mA reverse leakage.
