LM36011: Does LM36011 have boost function?

Dear Sir

Does LM36011 can boost the voltage if Vin=3V LED Vf=4V ? (In my view ,the answer is NO.)

What does setp-up mean in datasheet 6.5 Electrical Characteristics if the answer is No ?

Hi Ronald,

LM36011 does not have a boost capability.
However, LM36010 has boost function.

Please share more details on your second question: "What does setp-up mean in datasheet 6.5 Electrical Characteristics"

if you want to use boost function, please use LM36010.
