USB-TO-GPIO: I do not connect to USB-TO-GPIO Adapter

Hi Sir,

USB-to-GPIO adapter is connected with usb cable to pc but when i checked the green led, it is not working.
when i opening the software of USB-TO-GPIO Firmware Loader and when i pressed to "update" button, i resieved the error message to the following.
When i pressed "find device" button then it is not find any device.
I have tried many times but the result is always the same.
Can you urgently help to me, please.

Hello,

Can you try using the latest GUI www.ti.com/.../FUSION-DIGITAL-POWER-STUDIO and you can go to the Program menu and within the Tools section you'll see TI USB Adapter Firmware Download.

Which part are you trying to communicate with?

Hi sir,

I think i find the answer of the problem.
I need a programmed TUSB3210PM because the Tusb3210PM is was defectived during the firmware update.

Could you send to me a programmed TUSB3210PM?
I will mount it to USB-TO-GPIO Adapter.(soldering).

I am waiting for urgently reply from you.
