I am trying to design Constant Current LED Driver  with 100mA -600mA and 15 V - 40V  (and around ~ 20W ) output

Could you please recommend ICs ?

    Hello,

    TPS92515 is a good one. TPS92691/692 is also a good choice, it depends on the topology you plan to use. If the input is higher than the highest output voltage a buck converter will work (there needs to be some extra voltage such at 48 volts input for a 40 volt output). If the input voltage is lower than the lowest output voltage a boost will work. If the input voltage is in the range of the output voltage a buck boost, SEPIC or other topology would be needed.
