BQ27742-G1 I2C communication failed

Dear, we use the BQ27742-G1 and I have with serveral BQ chips in our hardware problems to connect via I2C. We use the EV2400 and can not connect to the BQ chip. The BQ didn't send an ACK when the Barrery Management Studio try to connect. Is there any procedure which I have to execute to activate the I2C bus? Best Regards

    Hi
    You need to apply a charger voltage to the pack+ pin to wake the device from shutdown mode.
    If you still run into issue, measure the voltage on the reg25 pin to ensure you see a 2.5V on the pin to verify that the chip is powered on.
