Hi,
feature difference:
tps563200: Advanced Pulse-skip mode
tps563209: Force continuous current mode
Efficiency and Ripple at light load will show difference because of the feature difference.

for TPS563200: high efficiency , but Vout ripple is larger at light load. (compare with TPS563209)
for TPS563209: low efficiency, but Vout ripple is small at light load. (compare with TPS563200)
