I want to know efficiency calculation for this part number TL2575HV-05-Q1 with formula.

Vin = 54v and Iload = 500mA

    Hello,
    To calculate efficiency at specific operating conditions you can start with following formula:
    Eff = (Vout*Iout)/(Vin*Iin), where
    Vout and Iout are output voltage and load current and Vin/In are input voltage and input current.
    This formula should give you good estimation (after gathering measurement data) on expected efficiency.
    If more accurate measurement is desired, you could subtract observed quiescent current with no load applied.
