Hi Tateo,
The OFF delay time can be calculated by using the equation below:
t_D,OFF = t_OFF - (t_FALL / 2)
In this case, for VBIAS=VIN=3.3V, turn off delay time is about 7us.

Hi, Thank you for your support. How much is the variation of t_D,OFF? They don't need guarantee. They will use it as refernce.

Hi Tateo,
We have data for 3 units across temperature, and from -40C to 125C we saw less than 10% variation at VIN=VBIAS=3.3V. That should be a good reference point, but I would add some margin just to be safe.
