Dear Sir/Madam:

TIDM-TMS570BMS is being used with the listed hardware suggested in the guide. (That is the battery cells connect to the EM1402 EVM).

Does Powerline/SNS 0 connect to BAT1(negative terminal); Powerline/SNS 16 connect to BAT16(positive terminal)?

Hi Elda,

You are correct. We typically recommend two separate cables on these lines, one for the device supply currents, and one for the sensing/balancing currents. This keeps the offset due to I*R drop to a minimum.
