TPS65400: OUTPUT ONE IS NOT WORKING

Hi,

I am using TPS65400 for producing three different voltages. SW1 and SW2 are used in current sharing mode, SW3 and SW4 are used individually. The problem I am facing is output 1 i.e., SW1 output has to be 1.8V but it is becoming 4.90V somehow. The other outputs are correct.

Any idea what could go wrong?

I am attaching the schematic.
