I don't my local TI guys anymore they used to come around with Arrow. How do I find them again?

Hi Eric,
See the following feedback.
- I do not see the thermistor on TS pin. Are you planning on using the internal temp sensor of the iC? of the thermistor is not used, then c422 is not needed.
-if the application will support low voltage charging, change c421 to 4.4uF
-where do your data and clock connect to? Do they have pull ups?
The rest of the circuit looks good.

SDA and SCL go to our processor, they have pull-ups to 1.8V on them. I will use the TS but it's on a short wire that goes to the temperature sensor which is mounted to the cell.

What do you mean by low voltage charging?
