Dear  Sir,

AS the DT of VISHAYneed a so long time.So we want to replace that. But we find it is to hard to fullfil our aim.Will you give us some  suggestions for that?Thank you very much.

    It appears that you are looking for possible replacements for the recommended Vishay MOSFETs we utilize on some of our designs. Do I have that correct?

    And by "DT," I assume you mean delivery time, right? So availability on the Vishay MOSFETs is difficult right now?

    I have assigned this thread to our PoE PD Application Engineer, Darwin Fernandez. He will reply within 48 hours with possible replacements.

    Hi User,

    Sorry for the delay.

    For both the synch FETs, you can consider CSD19537Q3T which as availability.

    For the primary FET, I see many in stock and available immediately.
