To avoid the pulsing of the LM74610-Q1,the VCAP voltage needs to be held at >6.3V. This could be done by applying an external isolated power supply across VCAPH and VCAPL. If there is an onboard DC-DC converter then you could even use the circuit in the attachment to create a isolated power supply and connect it across VCAPH and VCAPL. This is basically a voltage double circuit derived out of a switching node of a DC-DC converter.
