Please check the attached document and you may need to make measurements if you need accurate numbers. We provide RthetaJA in the datasheet.

Hi Mathew,

Because there are hot sources around the device on board, we think applying RthetaJC instead of RthetaJA could be more accurate for thermal evaluation.
Could you please help to provide the RthetaJC? Thanks!

Sam,

RthetaJC (bottom of package) will be 3C/W and RthetaJC (top of package) will be 32C/W.
