1，where is the function of T2P used，and how to use the function of T2P in the desgin
2, What the kind of failure in work will cause T2P low level output

Hi Hope,
1. I recommend looking at the below E2E post that describes T2P functionality.
2. T2P past the abs max rating of pin will damage the FET. In addition, I have seen failures when too much is flowing through the pin (too low of pull resistor). T2P is used as a logic signal so it's not necessary to exceed the max recommended current through the pin.
3. Just to clarify, are you requesting a signal to know if the T2P pin is damaged? I don't believe there is a way. This pin is either HIGH of LOW so a failure pulling it LOW will only indicate a normal operation.
