UCD90160: Error loading or running application library: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

I'm trying to program UCD90160 with Fusion Digital Power Designer. The older version (v 2.0.159) couldn't do it properly. So I installed the latest version (v 7.0.25). When running the application I got the following message:

Error loading or running application library: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation

The older version I used (v 2.0.159) doesn't seem to have the problem. Can anyone please help?

Can you send me the current configuration loaded on the device (using Device window-> File menu->Save Project As), as well as the configuration file you use to import to the device?

Thank you for your response. Two files are attached here: the .xml file that was done through File->Save Project As and the .hex file that was used to import to the device. Please let me know if you have more questions.

I use GUI 7.0.25 with the same configuration as yours (importing the project file first), then import the hex file => no issue (see screen shot in the attached file).

=> what selection you use for importing configuration? Device window->File menu-> Import ->Data Flash?

I still don't know what caused the error, but I get around it by installing GUI 7.0.21 on a separate location.
