TPS53353: About layout recommendation

I have a question about the recommend PCB layout ,The VBST and SW are hige-voltage switching nodes,In my understanding, If the signals passes through the VIA, it should cause interference to the inner signal.So I think it's better to placed the R&C on one side of the PCB.Is it right?

I general, I try to route as much of the circulating current loop traces on the same side of the PCB as the IC as possible. The VBST, Vout and ripple injection circuits are not high current circuits. It is ok to mount them on the back side of the PCB as shown.

So the rule is very close to the IC'S Pin priority above plased on the same side,or we can also put them on the top side.

Yes, I try to keep the layout as compact as practical. I don't see any reason why you cannot place those components on the top or bottom side, depending on the placement of the output inductor and output capacitors. It is safe to just follow the datasheet recommendations as well. They are based on a built and tested design that is known to work well.
