Im trying to identify if this part is the correct # BQ20Z45DBTR-R1, the part marking looks right. Just want to make sure based off the date code and part marking that is the correct part and revision

It looks like the marking # 20Z45 comes up correct, but i cant search it with the bq prefix. I guess my only concern is if these parts are not the BQ20Z45DBTR-R1 but may be the BQ20Z45DBTR

hi David,
I think the marking is the same between bq20z45 and bq20z45-R1.
You will have to check the version of the FW to ensure you have a bq20z45 or bq20z45-R1.
Or, in doubt, you directly flash the bq20z45-R1 FW as this is the one we recommend vs. the bq20z45 one.

There is something very strange on the picture you sent: the TI logo is missing! All our parts are shipping with a TI logo.
Where did you get it from?
