Hi,

Looking for a switched cap buck regulator to go from 12V to 5V. The kind that is used for negative and inverters, but need a buck.

Hi Ken,

I've moved the post over to non-isolated DC/DC (PMIC forum is usually multi-rail devices like TPS650864) to get it some more exposure.

To help that team with clarification, do you have a target current? Is TPS54A20 similar to what you are looking for?

Thanks for coming back.

This is for use in an MRI so we cannot have inductors.

At the moment we are using a linear but would prefer to have less heat.

250 mA is plenty.
