For SPICE models please check product folder online (see link below)
www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

The model (.lib file) is imported into simulator. Other requested file types (.cir, .net) are created by simulator when you run simulation.
However it should be noted that EMI simulation results may not be the most accurate when using this model.
This is due to simplified models used for driver, power FTE's, rise and fall times.
