    Hi Ralph,

    For reference design of ORing 12V power supplies, please refer to application section of TPS2410 datasheet.
    3.3V rail ORing application is discussed in TPS2410 datasheet. ORing of 12V rails is discussed in TPS2412 datasheet application section.
