The transformer T4 and the inductor T7 are custom made and alternate parts do not exist, sorry.
Also T7 in reality is an inductor. The current flowing through it doesn't have any DC component, and it's actually a resonant inductor. Normally these have low ripple current but here it is 200% peak-peak; this is why the wire is a multi-filar (like LITZ wire) and the delta-B flux density is kept very low.
Regarding T2 and T3, an alternate part can be found in the part number P0584ANL, from Pulse Engineering. I attached the datasheet accordingly.
